Our Team

Adam is a commercial real estate and business strategist who understands the risk/reward paradigms of commercial real estate development and how to transform obstacles into opportunities. Over a 20+ year career, Adam has applied his extensive legal, finance, and business expertise to create value by leveraging real estate assets to improve the lives and experience of the end users.

Prior to co-founding Hanover Development, Adam served as Senior Associate Vice President of Real Estate Services and Asset Management at Syracuse University, where he built a real estate office from the ground up. Before his time at SU, he drove commercial real estate transactions at a $2B privately held retail company with over 12MM square feet of owned commercial real estate.

Adam holds a BS in Environmental Public Policy from Binghamton University and graduated cum laude from SUNY Buffalo School of Law.

Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, Luke has dedicated his career to real estate development through the lens of design and construction. Luke believes real estate development, in all its forms, can have a positive impact on the community at large. To that end, Luke is squarely focused on developing the vision for creative and meaningful projects from selective site acquisition to design and ultimately construction.

Over the past decade, Luke has and continues to play an important role in Syracuse’s surge toward realizing the city’s full potential. Nothing evidences that better than Luke’s continued investment in its urban core.

Receiving a marketing and management degree from Siena College in 2003 paved the way for the development of a confident, capable, and determined entrepreneur who keeps the importance of giving back to and improving our community at the forefront of all projects.
